Why Train at Coach House Studio?

At Coach House Studio, Appleby, we offer a warm, welcoming space dedicated to movement, wellbeing and mindful practice. Our studio is home to a growing aerial yoga community where students discover the joy, freedom and therapeutic benefits of practising with the aerial hammock.

Your training will be led by Natasha – Studio Owner and E-RYT500 Yoga Teacher, who brings many years of experience teaching yoga, aerial yoga and holistic movement practices. Natasha is passionate about helping teachers expand their skills with confidence, creativity and a deeper understanding of the body.

This training has been designed to give you the practical tools, knowledge and inspiration to confidently introduce Aerial Yoga classes into your own teaching.

Become More Than an Aerial Instructor

Our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training goes beyond simply learning poses in the hammock. The course is designed to help you develop into a confident and intuitive teacher who can create engaging, supportive and inspiring classes.

Rather than following rigid sequences, you will learn how to guide students safely while adapting classes to different abilities, body types and experience levels. The training will help you develop the confidence to teach creatively while maintaining clear structure, safety and flow.

You will also learn class sequences and teaching techniques that have been refined through real studio experience, helping you create aerial classes that students love and return to again and again.

A Holistic Approach to Aerial Yoga

At Coach House Studio, aerial yoga is taught as a complete mind–body experience.

The aerial hammock provides wonderful support for spinal decompression, assisted stretching and improved mobility, but its benefits go far beyond the physical. When used skilfully, the hammock can help students develop strength, balance, body awareness and deep relaxation.

Throughout the training you will explore how to integrate movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to create classes that leave students feeling both energised and deeply restored.

Participants learn to cultivate their teaching skills, deepen their personal practice, and understand the anatomy and safety considerations unique to working with aerial equipment.

This holistic approach fosters confidence and creativity in future teachers, ensuring they are well-prepared to lead classes that inspire and transform their students' lives.
